To be fair, I wanted to make this announcement yesterday, but I believed that no one would take any announcements seriously since yesterday was April Fools.
Well, I know we’ve been quite slow recently, and I’d love to tell our fans that the worst is over and that our inactivity has ended, but that’d be a complete lie. To be honest, things are getting at a slowish pace, and the new projects, such as Kono ga Game, Hiraheishi, Masamune-kun no Revenge, and Kami-sama Drop will be moving at a slow, if not practically dead pace. D-Frag and Konjiki no Moji Tsukai, the two projects that I enjoy the most here, will be the main priority; and of course, Eiyuu Kyoushitsu will also be always up-to-date.
I will be giving a full status report for our projects:
Of course, our primary projects will be the main focus, and the secondary projects will be slow during this period of time. I’m hoping that this slow pace will end in April, and we’ll resume our speed by May.
For our “Primary” projects:
For D-Frag, chapter 71 just came out less than a week ago. I have the translation pretty much done, the chapter cleaned and redrawn. It’s pretty much ready to be typesetted. It should be done within the week. This series does have a translator, but it’s not an exclusive translator; the translator is usually the one who does the Konjiki no Moji Tsukai translations. This series’ translator switches between my friend, oniichanyamete, and GDAFF.
For Konjiki no Moji Tsukai, the translation and typesetting for chapter 5 is done, I’m just waiting on the redraws. Chapter 6 translation has begun, not sure when it’ll be done. This project has a translator.
For Eiyuu Kyoushitsu, the next chapter should come out fairly soon, and we’ll probably finish the chapter within a week of acquiring the raws. I have a permanent translator for that one, and One Time Scans has yet to let me down in their redraws and typesets. We manage to get these done fairly quickly. This project has a translator.
For our “Secondary” projects:
For Kono ga Game, the translator promised me that the chapter would be finished two weeks ago; I have not heard back from him since the day he promised me it would be done. Hopefully, he has not abandoned us and he has simply been busy with life and is planning to contact us again. The cleans are all prepared for that series. I have no idea whether or not I have a translator for that series.
As for Masamune-kun no Revenge, the next chapter is translated and almost completely done typesetted. I have to QC it again, but other than that, it should be done. I currently have a translator for that.
For Hiraiheishi, our translator is currently busy with the other projects. This project tentatively has a translator.
For Maou-sama Chotto Sore Totte, I know I’ve been promising this chapter for a long time, and I know that it’s been over 2 months, but I actually have the chapter translated now. This is the last chapter that Bacon Incarnate is doing for Hot Chocolate Scans before he is going on a hiatus, both to focus more on his studies and to learn more Japanese. This chapter will be TL Checked by another TL and then PR, and Typesetted soon. I’m hoping for this chapter to be done halfway through April. I actually quite enjoy this series. I got another translator for this series, it’s the same one that’s doing Eiyuu Kyoushitsu for me. This project currently has a translator.
For Kami-sama Drop, our jointee, Pocket Loli Scans has yet to typeset the chapter. Additionally, they’re talking about completely dropping the series; in that case, I might pick it up, but I do not have a translator allocated for this, and it’s only in the case that they actually drop it. Don’t expect too much for this series.
Anyway, that concludes my announcement. I hope you guys can wait a bit longer, as I’m hoping for the chapter of D-Frag to be done soon, along with Konjiki no Moji Tsukai and possibly Maou-sama.
Well, see you later!
